The firm provides mediation services to litigants through its of Counsel trial attorneys E. Frederick Straub and Judge Thomas Russell.  Mediation as a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution has become a significant part of trial practice.

Mr. Straub, in an effort to utilize his vast trial experience in addition to experience in the discovery and settlement of civil cases, has become certified by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Court of Justice as a civil mediator.

Judge Thomas Russell brings 24 years of experience with the firm (1970-1994) in addition to 28 years on the bench in the Federal District Court system (1994-2022) to our mediation practice.  Judge Russell re-joined our team in September 2023 and WRHS is thrilled to have him onboard!

Both attorneys are former Managing Partners at Whitlow, Roberts, Houston and Straub.
